Queer community representation has been often done by exaggerating certain aspects of the community. The movies have become generic and more when talking about crucial topics such as sexuality, gender, and gender expression. Alex Strangelove is an example of how someone's sexuality has been simplified to get more viewers. In addition, it is a clear example of movies becoming less original. Another crisis of the movies industries is the creation of inconsequential content. Teenage years are unquestionably the most fascinating period of our lives since it is a time of self-discovery and experimentation.
